Training sessions take place at JP Fitness, a small gym and personal training studio in Bend, OR. Sessions are by appointment only, so please reach out!
Established clients also have the option of training at their home gyms, at other facilities, or remotely.

No problem! We will ensure that you are performing exercises safely and effectively, and gradually increase the intensity and difficulty of workouts as you progress.
